I was referred to J&R by a friend whom is in the process of painting and a complete makeover of my one owner '79 f-150. Couldn't be happier with the complete reupholstery of the aftermarket seat for said pickup !!!!
We stopped in on a Monday and discussed the options and materials to be used and left the seat. When they asked what kind of a timeline I had for them I told them 2 weeks or more. Got a call on that Friday that it was ready for pickup.

Today I took my sons 2011 Chevy Silverado to your shop, the appointment wan't suppoesde to be until Friday, and there was a small mix up and called me right away to fix it and had an opening today! Now my son is in the US Navy and this is his truck and he needed it to have cruise control before he returned home from "deployment". The said it would be done in about an hour and a half so I went for a walk, and wouldn't you know it about 50 minutes later they called my cell phone to tell me it was complete. Now in my opinion there is nothing better than a company who respects our military for starters, and to have excellent customer service and technicians that get the job done right... Oh and did I say my sons truck was pulled in to be worked on about a minute after I got there and handed the keys over... Again thank you for the oustanding service from my family to yours!!!

I came in today for an appointment at 8:45am for my mom's jeep so she can get a var starter. I was told that by 10am it would be done so I figured I would wait. By 9:15 everything was all said and done and then explained to me how the car starter would work. Friendly staff and incredible timing to put in a car starter. I would recommend j&r to anyone I know for car starters or anything for upholstery

I'm at J&R Upholstery several times a year, and have always found appointment times, and wait times, always timely, and just as explained when the appointments were made. Drop off your vehicle or sometimes wait in the lounge. No surprises, and quality of work is top notch. Shop, waiting lounge, and employees are always neat and clean. Friendly, helpful staff as well. The wifi in the waiting lounge is much appreciated for waiting customers. I know I'll be back!

My cap was flawed from the manufacturer. Many little things that added up to be big. With no hesitation Jason made it right by me. True professionalism and great customer service. I will recommend them to everyone!

I called J & R about seat covers for my new truck & also a tunneau cover. I talked to Jason, who by the way was very helpful. I took a ride down that afternoon. There was a long line of people waiting. I thought it would be awhile before they got to me. But it was only a matter of minutes. They ordered my seat covers, & said it would be a week to ten days, & that they would call me.I wasn't there more than 1/2 hr. I am very pleased with their friendly service. I will recommend them to my friends.

Ordered a leer tonneau. It leaked. J and R sent it back to leer and had a new one sent. Second one leaked. J and R did a complete refund and helped me select a different brand. Best customer service I've seen. No hassle no bickering. Even though it was a train wreck, which was not their fault, they made it right and that is something you don't see these days.

First time there, purchased a bed liner and tonneau cover, from customer service to installation was a very good experience. Price was very reasonable, they called me day before my appointment just to confirm, told me it would take about an hr or so, was out in 30 mins.Definately recommend them.

I bought a tonneau cover for my 2013 Dodge truck. When I went in they went through all of the options they had and helped me figure out the type I wanted! They also worked with my schedule for installation! The cover arrived to them in one day! Great service!! Great people!!! Still deciding on what running boards I want!! I will be back!!
